Eenmalige sessies voor wie vragen heeft, feedback nodig is, of snel inzicht wil. Je boekt een moment in – we bekijken je lifts, corrigeren je techniek en beantwoorden al je vragen.

In één sessie krijg je:

Technische feedback – je bewegingspatronen worden geanalyseerd en gecorrigeerd
Persoonlijke inzichten – advies op basis van jouw lichaam en doelstellingen
Antwoorden – al je vragen worden beantwoord door een ervaren coach

Perfect voor wie niet in een volledig programma wil stappen, maar wel professionele begeleiding zoekt. One-on-one, direct, praktisch.
